EndoChoice Pathology is a College of American Pathology (CAP) accredited laboratory focused on gastrointestinal pathology.  It is our mission to provide the highest level of quality and service to the GI community.

While the vast majority of commercial and hospital laboratories provide service for specialties such as dermatology and urology along with GI, we provide a subspecialty model dedicated solely to the practice of gastrointestinal pathology.  Along with the clinical benefits of GI subspecialty trained and experienced pathologists, having histotechnicians focused exclusively on GI specimens ensures the highest level of quality today.

The EndoChoice Pathology network of labs combines state-of-the-art technology and a team of GI Trained Pathologists to provide the level of expertise and service our referring practices demand.
TC/PC Pathology
TC/PC refers to the separation of the technical and professional components of anatomical pathology. Under this model an EndoChoice Pathology network lab bills for the Technical Component (TC) and your practice bills for the Professional Component (PC).
In-Office Pathology Lab
The decision to build an anatomical pathology lab in your clinical practice is significant. The EndoChoice team has the experience and references to guide your practice through each detailed step of this process to ensure successful implementation.

Test Services
The EndoChoice network of Pathology labs employs highly-trained and experienced clinical staff members utilizing state-of-the-art instrumentation to produce results with the accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity your practice requires.

Our test services are designed specifically to meet the diagnostic needs of your busy practice.Test services include:

TC/PC Pathology (Learn more) x
Refers to the separation of the technical and professional components of anatomical pathology. Under this model, a PathOptions network lab bills for the Technical Component (TC) and your practice bills for the Professional Component (PC).
Day 1: Specimen picked up and sent overnight to lab.
 
Day 2: Slides are processed and returned overnight to your office for your In-Office Pathologist to read.
 
Day 3: An In-Office Pathologist employed by your practice reads slides, completes electronic report, and distributes the reports.
